Library System Staff Directory
Process personnel and payroll forms for all University Library system part-time employees (i.e. student assistants, technicians, Graduate Assistants, Adjunct and Part-time Faculty) to establish personnel assignments and/or make adjustments (i.e. pay rate adjustments, changes in charge, additional service assignments, data corrections, separations, etc.). Serves as liaison between Library System units, Placement Services, Int'l Services, Personnel Processing & Records and Payroll to obtain information and address employee problems and questions; provides basic information on departmental policies, procedures and deadlines relating to part-time personnel. Maintains part-time personnel filing system; maintain departmental records for part-time staff.
